Hello,
well i got also this problem and some more issues,

I get a little confused because i just reinstalled centos 6.6 and a brand new (trial version) off WHM. I have give the Host-name; server1.domain.com a ip (185.**.***.***), i installed a ssl certificate on Home>Service Conf>Manage Service SSL Certificates. But wen i go to https://server1.domain.com it sends me to my Router (login page) ??? also the certificate still got the warning messages.

Also on Home > Server > Basic cPanel & WHM Setup the shared ip is my Public Ip?, i can not change it is this normal ?

I registerd my name-servers on my register (all my domains are on Enom) and also they are show up on the /etc/resolv.conf . But wen i go to Home > Server > Basic cPanel & WHM Setup and go to the name-servers section (assign ip address) the first name-server assigns the public ip? , the second one is OK.

I hope someone can help me with this issue,

Thank you

Hello,

You should not use your own name servers as resolvers. Your resolvers are separate IP addresses provided to you by your data center or by public companies such as Google:

https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Also, are you intending to setup a NAT environment or do you prefer to use all public IP addresses?

Thank you.

Hello Michael, thank you for your quick response!

i just looked up the link you gave, i knew about the public name servers from google. But 1 question, so i should get resolvers from my ISP provider (mine is Orange)? But i am not sure if they are working like does from google i will fix it out.

Yes i have set my router as a NAT environment example; 185.***.**.*** is set to static and is routing to my public IP. also it is set in the eth1 configuration 'dhpc'

one of the sites is showing up domain.com and at the http://tools.pingdom.com/ - Removed - it give a good result. As mentioned before all of my domains are registered by Enom, and the domain domain.com uses there name-servers , (wen you create a account in whm you can choose the name-servers of the register or your own, i choose there name-servers, but i do not now if that is the best option), also it is imposible to set up email accounts i have been try this for days without any result.

thank you

Yes, if possible, obtain the resolvers from your service provider. Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can review your existing configuration and determine where the issue is. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

Thank you.
