DNS not assigned automatically when create account

Hello,
I don't know this title is OK or not. so sorry if not.

when I register a domain and Create cPanel account for it, I can not open that site even after 24 hours.
I checked this problem and found that Reset a DNS Zone in WHM resolve this issue. (I can see dns zone for that domain before reset)
So I checked again.. when I create an account and then go to Nameserver IPs, new domain not shown bellow my nameservers
But when reset dns zone, it shown under it.

What is the problem? why domain not gone under nameservers by default?

I should manually reset dns zone for all new accounts :(

You should not have to reset the DNS Zone after creating an account. Could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look? You can submit a ticket using the following URL
