    Hello,
I've installed this cpanel + centos 6 server and followed setup wizard and
assigned two nameservers (ns1.site.com) and (ns2.site.com) by
same ip for the server. Also I've assigned my only ip to (ns1.site.com)
and an A record for the hostname is added and the resolver ips of hetzner.de are also
in the /etc/resolve.conf. when I run (/scripts/ipcheck) command from shell it
causes no error. Also the new nameservers are added in the registerar. The problem
is that I have server.site.com but not www.site.com,

Would you please help me what can be the problem ?

    Hello :)

Could you clarify the exact issue you are facing? For example, have you created an account for your domain name and it's not loading? Or, is there a problem with the hostname of your server?

    Thank you.

I believe you are not able to access your site though you have setup hostname of your server with it's subdomain as server.sitename. Please refer to Create a New Account for how to create account.
