You won't truly address that issue unless you setup a DNS cluster with another name server in a different data center.

have two IPs neither resolve the issue?

Having 2 IP addresses alone won't solve this, as the message states. Still, this message can be ignored for the most part, your server should still operate as expected.

NOCdomain.net -> register with eNom
server1.NOCdomain.net -> IP and server in datacenter hurricane
server2.NOCdomain.net -> IP and server in datacenter google
finally NOCdomain.net -> IP and server in datacenter amazon
...
...

in others words,
have multiple hostnames with SAME DOMAIN in multiple networks / datacenters
all fine in this case ???
