I have setup cPanel and use the following nameservers

    ns1.example.com
    ns2.example.com

I've setup registered these nameservers with my domain provider.

The domain having issues is example.com (works for me, but not the client and Cloudflare isn't detecting anything DNS wise when I tested to see if it could pull the IP, nameservers etc.

It seems domains are resolving for some internet service providers but some of them aren't resolving and can't find the IP address.

Is there anything I'm missing? I did a DNS issue check and it came back as follows

Any suggestions would be great! Thanks for taking time to read this.

    Hello :)

Have you created an account for this domain name? If so, does it make a difference if you delete and re-create the DNS Zone via WHM (ensure you save any custom entries to the zone).

    Thank you.

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
