    Hi:
I am planning on using 2 IP's with my cPanel server. The main IP without NAT and a second one from another ISP. The thing is that I use the second IP with NAT in a small office network.

Can I use this IP as one of my DNS server IP even though what I will be configuring in the server's lan card is an internal IP? In other words, I want to connect a cable from the router to the server and configure one of my dns server with this internal ip.

    Thanks.

DNS nameservers must use public IPs in order to resolve domains. A NAT-based private IP will not work for external DNS nameservers. It will only work for backend internal resolving using an internal network.
