DNS Settings for MS office?

Hello everyone,
from last couple of days I am in trouble to route my email from my local DNS to Microsoft office 365.
I have added MX but still I am not getting any of the email send in my another account to office 365

You noted that you're wanting your email to go to Microsoft but that screenshot you've provided indicates you've modified the nameservers for the domain to point there. If you need mail to be delivered to microsoft you need to follow their instructions for modifying the mx records and point your nameservers back to valid nameservers.

For me it seems it's the opposite, he has not changed the nameservers to MS nameservers.
There are 2 ways to star using Microsoft Office 365 mail: 1. using MS nameservers, or 2. modifying your domain's DNS settings, by adding/modifying a few records (MX,CNAME,SPF,SRV). MS provides very good instructions how to do that.

You are correct, it is indeed the reverse of what I indicated. Either way though, not only is this something they provide plenty of documentation on it's not something specifically related to cPanel or it's bundled software.
