I have set a new secondary dns server, but is not working correctly.

Syncronization with master is ok: named.conf is correctly generated and all zones transfered. But when named is restarted, zones aren't updated if have been updated at master server with serial changed.

On previous secondary dns 1, with bind 9.2.1, all work ok, but is failing on this new secondary dns 2, same config for all, but with bind 9.2.2

Only solution i have found is to delete updated zones and then restart named.

What version of cPanel are you using? Did you use the DNS clustering option or did you try and manually do it?

Using: cPanel 9.4.1-R64 on both slave servers
Primary DNS is not loaded with cpanel

Not using DNS Clustering option (don't know if it works ok when master dns is not a cpanel). Simply using /scripts/dnstransfer (works ok), and restarting named to get zones transfered (works only on first creation, but don't update on next restarts).

Server with RedHat 7.3 (cPanel 9.4.1-R64), Bind 9.2.1 works ok
Server with RedHat Enterprise 3 (cPanel 9.4.1-R64), Bind 9.2.2 fails only on updating zones
