DNS Tips Needed Please

Hi there, I want to start by thanking you folks for all of your answers/tips/suggestions.

I am currently being hit by DNS requests. I am note entirely sure but it appears my DNS requests to my server are 100X the HTTP requests. Which could indicate that people are using my server as their DNS server.

I need to know the safest way to set my server so that it wont reply to requests for domains other than the ones which are hosted on it, yet still can do outbound requests to deliver mail.

I hope this makes sense.

Well all of that is very good information. But when I use the find command I get 12 named files. WHich one do I want to edit on my WHM box?
