    Hello All,

We have 2 webservers server1 and server2. We transfered abc.com from server1 to server2 few days back. But still server1 has not updated its DNS and is not resolving the abc.com domain.

I have tried updating cpanel, fixndc, fixnamed etc...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you,

Check if abc.com domain name zone file really exist ;) And if it does, you may try "tail -f /var/log/message" in one ssh session, and "service named restart" in the other. See, if it will spit out something bad in the log.

Do you use one nameserver, or two?

If two, you do have to change the nameservers with the domain registrar too. If one, I'd expect a propagation issue (as you would too I'm sure)

You might double check the domain here:

Make sure that it's just not cached in your nameserver.
