    Hi guys,

I don't know if any of you ever get this problem before. But it happened to two of my resellers in two separate box.

They created a new account ..and for some reason WHM showed a correct IP address, but the DNS zone was created using 0.0.0.1 for an IP address.

    Same here ...

happened 2 times on resellers ...
for some strange reason the DNS zone points to 0.0.0.1

it has to be a BUG on CPANEL/WHM...

It's hard to say "How" or "Why" it happens, I'm unable to reproduce this but has to be a reason for happening...

    Anyone have a clue?

    Regards.

Btw... I'm still seeing this problem.

for some reason (has something to do when doing PARK DOMAINS) the DNS zone points to :
    domain.com IN A 1

and so, it will resolve to 0.0.0.1

and you will get a failed ping if you try to do so. (it get a socket error or something like)

this happened to me on 2 servers, a couple of times.

I really dont know how to associate it... but it makes weird things, and I'm sure it has something to do with PARK.

Anyone know what is the cause?
how to stop it ? (except editing manually the dns zone... heh)

    Regards.
