    Hi,

Where can I request feature to edit DNS zones on cPanel DNSonly server?

If dnsonly is designed to be centralized DNS server, it's silly that you can't edit DNS zones trough dnsonly WHM.

    Regards,

Digging up an old thread, I know, but it is the most relevant one I could find...

Can a cpanel person answer this: why does 'dnsonly' not have an 'Edit DNS Zone' function? Is it an intentional design that DNS zone management should be done only from WHM on a hosting server instead of the nameserver machine itself? If so, can you clarify why this is?

Many thanks in anticipation of your answer.

With dnsonly build being free. It wouldn't make sense for them to put in the edit zone function in because people could just be using it with another product that isn't cpanel.
