DNSOnly, only for clean servers?

I have a second webserver I manage "on the side" that I would like to install DNSonly on so I can take advantage of DNS clustering, but on the cPanel page it says for clean servers. Does this mean that it could potentially wipe out the content (several thriving websites) already on that server?
