DNSOnly Setup Questions

Ok, here it goes.

I have a server - server1.domain.com with CentOS and CPanel
with ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com

I have a VPS on CentOS 4.5 that I've successfully installed CPanel's DNSOnly.
I would like this to be ns3.domain.com.

How do I go about doing this?

This is not a production or web hosting server. This is simply for my own personal websites and I want redundant DNS so I don't have to worry about e-mail bouncing back of my main server is down.

Any help is appreciated.
