How do you get rid of the following warning at DNSReport.com:

    -----
WARNING: One or more of your mailservers may be claiming to be a host other than what it really is (the SMTP greeting should be a 3-digit code, followed by a space or a dash, then the host name). This probably won't cause any harm, but may be a technical violation of RFC821 4.3 (and RFC2821 4.3.1).

Seems to affect all Cpanel servers. Advice?

It's an easy fix if you wish, and yet it isn't a problem either...

Basically your mailserver is saying that its name is servername.domain.com and yet your mx info for your domain.com says that the mailserver name is mail.domain.com or maybe even just domain.com

So to stop getting those warnings... if they really bug you, simply change, in the dns zone files, your mx server for your domain(s) to be servername.domain.com
