cPanel has decided to deprecate "WordPress Manager", and do so with a warning and disabling the plugin, before rolling out "WordPress Toolkit". Instructions are available in the WHM docs to install WordPress Toolkit manually, do not do so.

Installing the Toolkit plugin broke MySql on all the accounts on the server from within cPanel. Cannot create databases, modify users, or permissions, also can't view any of these. Just a heads up to anyone considering it.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear you've had some issues with this. Are you still having issues with your MySQL service at this time? It sounds like you may have been affected by a recent update from MariaDB that had caused issues within cPanel causing the interface to not load.

Can you take a look at this and let us know if this helps?
