do these mean what I think they mean

    Hi,

    Just be look at our exim logs and found some of the following:

    2002-12-10 19:41:50 refused relay (host) to &*****@subdimension.com& from &*****@subdimension.com& H=nat140-146.mpoweredpc.net (none) [***.***.***.***]

    2002-12-09 14:56:13 refused relay (host) to &******@21cn.com& from &******@21cn.com& H=(home-a1mbg631ii) [***.**.**.***] (failed to find host name from IP address)

    Was there 2 above trying to use our reply to send email out?

    Looks to me like someone testing your server to see if relaying is open.

    Which file was that in?

    Hi,

    Is was in the current exim logs

    located at /var/log/exim_mainlog

    it look to me that these where refused so that mean they did not get sent so there is no open reply but for our clients to use.

    Is that correct ?
