Maybe mod_byteslog is not loaded into apache.
Check if httpd.conf has a line stating this.

    Start editing your httpd.conf file:
    Code:
    nano /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    (if nano fails, try pico)

You should have a zone in httpd.conf where there are a lot of "LoadModule" statements
Make sure you have a line like the following:
    Code:
    LoadModule bytes_log_module libexec/mod_log_bytes.so
Go down more, and find the zone with a lot of "AddModule" statements
Make sure you have a line like the following:
    Code:
    AddModule mod_log_bytes.c
Save (F3) and close (Ctrl+X) the file.

    Restart Apache:
    Code:
    /scripts/restartsrv_apache

    Hope it helps.

Go into WHM -> Backup -> Configuration File Rollback. Roll back Apache. Wash hands, rinse, repeat as necessary.

/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf might be useful as well.

quick way to get back online

edit httpd.conf with pico,vi or whatever editor your most familier with

as the error says goto line 1070 and comment out the BytesLog line and then restart apache

this will get you back online and give you time to fix the actual problem which is as stated above mod_byteslog is not being loaded into the apache

use the above instructions to re-enable the mod_byteslog module in apache

That used to come up for me and the reason why, was because I had no HDD space left...

So check that out just incase...

    Kind regards,

    Josh Crick

PS. Use proper English next time. :)
