[doc] add_forwarder: fwdopt parameter misses documentation

Hello,

The fwdopt parameter of add_forward UAPI function seems to accept an enum of: fwd, fail, system, and pipe.

That's unfortunately not explicitly documented in the official documentation:

Create email account forwarder

This function creates an email forwarder. **Important:** In cPanel & WHM version 76 and later, when you disable the MailReceive role, the system disables this function. For more information, read our How to Use Server Profiles documentation.
