    Hi,

It seems like one of our customers' primary domain is set to have document root in /var/www/html. I've checked and made sure that the path is configured correctly in /var/cpanel/userdata/USERNAME/domain.com.

    What could the issue be?

I thought so to, but it doesn't seem like it. We haven't converted to EA4 (as we have used EA4 on that server since it was setup). I've tried rebuilding the httpd.conf file.

    Hi,

I was trying to go through the steps to recreate the problem and saw that the issue has fixed itself.
