i have upload this tool to my server but i doesn't install it

so i want ask if any one try it and i want to know it it cause some cpu load or high memorey usage ??

Well, I had a hunt around for it (it would help if you post a URL) and the app maintainers site is here:

That app is listed as an "abandoned project" so I would be very wary about using it.
