Is happening with two servers a new one with a fresh install of cpanel/whm and and old one. Both updated to the latest release version.

When you do an apache update from WHM in both of them and selecting the modules I want to install at the end of the process it says its ok, but a second later it start compiling the whole thing again automatically but this time it setup php 4.3.0 and other things by default. :(
And it does a loop, i have to kill all process by hand and setup it again and stop the browser when its done. :mad:

If you have a test server, try it and tell me what happens.
