    Great answers from cpanel support.

    My Ticket

I have reseller accounts where the reseller account is not a live URL so when they suspend someone the redirect gets written to
go to the http://fakedomain.com/suspended.page. Which of course does not work I want it to get written to use http://server.domain.com/~user/suspended.page which of course will work

Can you help me out here so the reseller does not have to manually edit the .htaccess file each time?
Where is the file located that the URL is pulled from so I can edit it?

    Answer:

just edit the .htaccess file in the users dir and point it to the correct suspend.page location:)

    Great I already do that..
    Thanks for the HELP..

I have the same setup and suspended pages do not show. If it can read the cpanel3-skel directory, to deploy an index file everytime a reseller creates a new site from his fake account, then why cant the suspended.page directory be read? Makes no sense.

Try /scripts/suspendacct but I don't know if that's precisely what WHM uses to suspend the account.
