does cp allow one site have two IPs?

some time my IP will be blocked in china, so I need to one site to hold two IPs, one Ip for nomall user using, another for VIP user used, can I do this? how to setting?

Go on, have a guess
You would have to modify some files manually. You will need to add another A record into the zone file for the domain using the new IP ass well as the old IP. You then need to edit httpd.conf and add the new IP to the VirtualHost directive for that domain.

can you tell me the detail how to do it?
