Does cPAddon Scripts Client Install Manager Update ?

Is ours broken?
I see scripts that are out to date and have an upgrade link, however clicking the upgrad link comes to a page that says

Upgrading programs cPanel::Guest_Books::Advanced_Guestbook.0.yaml installation here...

And nothing else...
I can upgrade these manually but it would be a pain.

Ideas?
