If you official do not support Debian , is there any probability if i install him on Debian that CPanel will work ?

Listen, just don't install Debian. Install somethign sensible if you are going to run Cpanel, like CentOS 4.5 (or FreeBSD if you are an experienced FBSD user).

They both work fine under CentOS.
