Does the serves get effected with virus

    If some one uploads viurs files to the Linux server does the Linux server clean them up or they will left as they are.

    First of all does the server get effected with virus. if so how do we clean them up.

    You can setup clamd configuration to scan your user files. The main concern about infected files is mass distrobution to other clients. The server its self is not an issue. Clean via delete. Many scanning suites are also available commercially.

    You should however be concerned with rootkits and the like. You will find plenty of information by searching "rootkit detection" or something similar in the forum search.
