Hello, I have an idea and I wanted to know your opinion, if someone hires for example a reseller account in a hosting, where each cpanel account has limited resources (ram, cpu, i / o, etc), they could use a cpanel account only for database data and another cpanel account to have my site (wordpress) and that would improve performance? since each cpanel account has individual resources

If you use CloudLinux which limits RAM/CPU usage per account this is possible but instead I would speak with the provider to see if you can upgrade your current account....that would be more practical.

This would limit each account to a finite amount of resources, which in turn allows for the account to not over consume resources, the idea being that it would allow for better overall performance. This is exactly what CloudLinux does as @andrew.n suggested, you can read about it here: CloudLinux - Main | New template

So, if I could "gain" some performance in using 2 cpanel accounts on a server with cloudlinux, for example leaving the database in one cpanel account and my wordpress system in the other

only if the limitation of the resources hinders you to get better performance on one account.
