    Hey Guys, one of my clients is having problems with his domains.

    His primary domain is http://www.kbdb.net and his alias is http://www.master-links.com.

    When he goes to the alias of master-links.com it brings him to our server http://bender.conure.net/domainnotfound.html instead of the same page he should see on kbdb.net domain.

    The Apache configuration has the following lines

    Code:
    NameVirtualHost 207.218.239.157:80

    <VirtualHost 207.218.239.157>
    ServerAlias www.kbdb.net kbdb.net
    ServerAdmin webmaster@kbdb.net
    DocumentRoot /home/kbdb/public_html
    BytesLog domlogs/kbdb.net-bytes_log
    ServerName www.kbdb.net
    ServerAlias master-links.com www.master-links.com
    ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /home/kbdb/public_html/cgi-bin/
    User kbdb
    Group kbdb
    CustomLog domlogs/kbdb.net combined
    </VirtualHost>

    Any suggestions?

    suggestion

    hi

    the only odd what i see is that u have 2 lines with the server alias directive in it.......
    Put a # in front of ServerAlias www.kbdb.net kbdb.net to see what happens...
    or opposite(in front of master-links)

    Let me know

    Frank

    Thanks Frank,

    I tried it, but it failed... other aliases on top of this domain exist, but they have been not displayed for privacy purposes...

    Each serverAlias domain for others is on its own line. All others work fine. I have tried commenting out the others, and it still doesnt work

    I dont know what happened, but the issue is resolved. Chances are it just took a little time for some DNS stuff to propigate, but this morning my domains work fine
