I'm trying to add a domain alias for a domain but it gives "Sorry, cannot determine nameserver IPs. Please make sure that the domain is registered with a valid domain registrar."

It's already a registered domain name for a while on another web host. Is there a way to bypass this check or add an alias in another way to get around this?

What I'm looking for is when myalias.com is aliased to mydomain.com and the websites look indentical and email going to joe@myalias.com is the same as if it was to joe@mydomain.com.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Hello,

you can overcome the error by enabling the following option.

Go to WHM >> Server Setup >> Tweak Settings >> Domain and enable the following check box [Allow Creation of Parked/Addon Domains that are not registered]
