Domain change issues

    New problem occurred :

    Modify an account --> Change username and domain :
    API failure: (XID 46ku5k) The system received an error from the “SQLite” database “/var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls/.index.sqlite”: SQLITE_CONSTRAINT (UNIQUE constraint failed: vhost_certificates.vhost_name)

    cPanel : 68.0.16
    Cloudlinux 7.x

    I'm seeing the same problem when changing the domain of an account.

    complete error:
    API failure: (XID x383fw) The system received an error from the “SQLite” database “/var/cpanel/ssl/apache_tls/.index.sqlite”: SQLITE_CONSTRAINT (UNIQUE constraint failed: vhost_certificates.vhost_name)

    HI @Andre Bastos

    What version of cPanel are you using? There was a case that included this issue CPANEL-20670 but it is fixed in v72 of cPanel whic at this time is in RELEASE. If you're not running this version I would suggest updating then let us know if the issue is still present. If it is still present please open a ticket with us using the link in my signature. Once you open the ticket please add the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the outcome.
