Hi, we have in our vps a file in /var/log/ just called
our domain.com that is getting bigger and bigger.

Someone give us a clue of what is this file, how to
rotate it or if it is safe to create a empty one via ssh.

    Go on, have a guess
It's the apache SSL log for the domain. You can empty it out if you wish using:

    cat /dev/null > /var/log/domain.com
