Hi,

I have installed my own SSL certificate from Digicert. In order for my website to work I need to change the webroot in /var/cpanel/userdata/username/domain.com_SSL. I have done this a ton of times but for some reason the domain.com_SSL file is missing,

I have these files in the folder /var/cpanel/userdata/mysite
  1. cache
  2. cache.json
  3. main
  4. main.cache
  5. mysubdomain.mysite.org
  6. mysubdomain.mysite.org.cache
The site is a subdomain but it is the only domain on the account.

HTTP access is working.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Steve

Hey there! The SSL needs to be installed before those files will be present on the system. Can you try installing your SSL, or a self-signed certificate generated through cPanel/WHM to see if that gets those files created?
