Copy an account from another server failed

I am trying to copy all domains from one server to a new server. I was able to get all of them to copy except for the primary domain account. Here is the error I get:

Extracting Domain....Done
DOMAIN CONFLICT: maindomain.com owned by jeff - the copy failed!

Transfer Error Account Restore Failed

I am not sure how to overcome this error.

I figured it out. It was because when they set up the new dedicated server they set it up with a maindomain.com account already. So I had to delete that account from the target computer and then I could "copy an account from another server".

I just wish that WHM error messages were more explanatory.
