Sat waiting for a password reset from a web site last night which never arrived.
I checked the mail logs and found that it failed SPF so was rejected.

Is there any way to allow this to a whitelist, so we can at least get the password reset.

SPF is enabled already, hence the reason it failed.
I was wondering if i could whitelist this particular mailserver without disabling SPF checking.
