Domain going to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

I'm back with question #2 already but I'm quite sure the two issues aren't linked.

I had some DNS issues today. I was adding an add-on domain and the process timed out and screwed up DNS for multiple domains. After much searching and fixing the DNS records appear to be all restored to the correct entries. I've flushed caches all over the place, rebuilt Apache & PHP in Litespeed, restarted the server, even removed and re-added some of the add-on domains to attempt to solve this. I've verified DNS and IP.

About half the add-on domains still go to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Any ideas where I should go next?

Thanks in advance.
