domain has 2 entries in httpd.conf

I recently upgraded to apache 2. everyting went pretty smooth except in this one domain where there were two entries for the same domain under 2 different ip addresses. It says in the httpd conf not to edit the entries as they are automatically generated. The first entry is correct under its own ip address. The second entry is wrong under the shared ip address.

Do you think it is safe for me to just delete the second entry?
