All emails connected to that domain got return error email.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[EMAIL='[EMAIL]@gmail.com']@gmail.com
Domain alliedchemists.com.my has exceeded the max emails per hour (313/250 (125%)) allowed. Message discarded.

How to solved this without using WHM > Server Configuration > Tweak Setting but cPanel only ? I tried to find cpanel.config in var > cpanel but cannot be found. How to solve this issue?

Hey there! There isn't going to be a way to fix this issue at the cPanel level, since this is a restriction placed by the hosting provider at the root level. The best thing to do would be to ensure your mailings do not reach that limit so the account doesn't get locked.

If you need to make adjustments to this limit, or believe you have reached that limit in error, you'll need to reach out to your host so they can investigate the mail logs and get you more details on the situation.

Thank you for responding. I just suspended the email that was causing this problem, and it worked. I'll check for any malware or viruses on that problematic email's laptop, and if that doesn't work, I'll delete that email and re-register.
