Hello,

I recommend using a website such as IntoDNS.com to verify your domain name uses name servers associated with the cPanel server. If not, you'd need to manually setup the "A" record for the domain name at it's DNS hosting provider. Also, try clearing the browser cache on your computer to verify that's not the issue.
