Hi there,

Just wondering, I've recently started up a wordpress blog, and I was wondering if it was possible to change the nameservers / registrar on my site?

It says I need to change them to

ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com
ns3.wordpress.com

I can't find anywhere to do this! Any help?

Thanks

You need to have these name servers registered by yourself or have acquired name service from the owners of these name servers and get your domain/blog's DNS created there. After that, you need to just point your domain at the registrar account to these name servers. Most registrars have an easy interface to change name servers.

That was only possible if you owned the domain name wordpress.com, you could then have created the nameservers

ns1.wordpress.com
ns2.wordpress.com

at your registrar end via create child nameservers and used them, you can only create nameservers for your domain

like ns1.domain.com
ns2.domain.com
