domain name isn't recognized by Chinese internet

    This isn't a cPanel problem, but it prolly hasn't propagated there yet.

    Could also be that it has been banned by the Chinese government. Though doubtful, it has happened to other domains. Might want to find out what that domain was used for before acquiring it. Hopefully, I'm wrong; it's been known to happen.. :rolleyes:

    thank you for your attention. I am sorry I brought up this non-cpanel problem to this board. i thought there would be more experts here than anywhere else. thank you for your response. the domain is originally used for public health information exchange but has not been promoted yet. www.ihef.net. so there should not be a political reason there. do you guys think transfer the domain to hosting service will help? currently the domain is only pointed to the hoster's dns. if do the transfer i will be charged $15. but if it works $15 is ok.
