Hi gang

I am totally new to this cpanel but here is my problem. on my internal network I have a dns resolution problem, so I have to put in my router the ip address to resolve my domain name too because there is one server on my internal domain and the website is being hosted externally.

when I do an nslookup of the domain name I get an ip address

if I type http://xx.xx.xx.xx:80 I get to an error page provice by cpanel if I go to my www site it brings up my website

how can I find out the ip address that the domain name is resolving too.

Hello :)

It's normal for a shared IP address to display the default cPanel page if it's accessed with a browser. Are you attempting to load the website over the IP address instead of it's domain name? If so, you must ensure the account is assigned a dedicated IP address.

Thank you.

Phone support is offered by cPanel for a fee on a per-incident basis:

However, I wouldn't recommend purchasing phone support for general questions. We are happy to answer any questions you may have here. Could you let us know the specific questions you have?

Thank you.
