We created a domain and built email boxes on our server. The email doesn't work because the domain isn't showing up in the local hosts. We added this manually, but the system keeps resetting it. How do we fix this so this company's email will work?!?!

    Please help!

Same problem here. One domain i use is a "parked" domain. The parked domain doesn't show in /etc/localdomains

I can add it manually, restart Exim and it'll work. But after /scripts/mailperm is run the domain is gone and mail won't come in for that domain.

I use this domain for "subdomain" for clients who have no domains, this may have something to do with it. So a client signs up for webhosting with no DNS name would get "client1.domain1.com" for a domain name in account setup.

"client1.domain1.com" is in /etc/localdomains but "domain1.com" is not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
