Domain not working, but dedicated IP is

    I have a website set up and can be accessed by using the dedicated IP, however using the domain name I get the "No Website is Configured" cpanel page. On dnsreports.com the dns is set up correctly. What else could be causing this problem.

    Atre you sure it pings the correct ip when you ping the domain name. Restarting the bind can also helps.
