Domain opens cpanel instead of public_html

Good day, I am migrating to free hosting.

I have pointed my A record to the shared ip given by my cpanel on freehosting. However, my instead of my website opening the content, it leads to the cpanel.

I also cannot change nameservers as I'm using email services from maddog.

If you've pointed the A record to the server where the site is now hosted, and the site data is present in the home directory and you're not able to see the site - i'd suggest discussing this with your provider further, either their is something preventing the site from displaying or the IP address is not the one assigned to the VirtualHost for the domain.
