Domain Parking and Forward to a HTML Page?

One of my clients decided he wanted to use us for a domain registration that was then forwarded to a html page on another machine.

Because its a html page the parked domains function wont work, it wants us to simply send it to a domain name or folder which isnt possible

Are there any other ways we can do it? basically just forward domain.com to http://subdomain.anotherdomain.com/thepage.html??

You could make thepage.html an index file by including it in the DirectoryIndex for subdomain.anotherdomain.com. You can put that in the VirtualHost container in httpd.conf. This way your folder redirection should work.
