Domain Redirecting To Server Host Templates

Im not sure what the issue is here. This exact setup has work on other servers for me.
my server hostname is REDACTED

i have added an account for REDACTED

I have files files in that directory but when i goto that domain name it is redirecting to /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Hey there! The most likely reason this is happening is because of a mismatch between the IP setup for the domain in DNS and the IP setup for the domain in Apache. This issue causes Apache to get confused on what content should be served, so it displays the default vhost for the system. Can you check those settings and make sure the DNS and domain IP is configured properly?
