Domain redirection problem.

Dear Members.

I have changed the main domain of a Reseller (modify an account) to a new one.
Now, when i type the new domain in browser it redirects to:

OLDdomain.com/userid

Can someone help me in this?

Are there any .htaccess files within this account's home directory or public_html directory with Mod_Rewrite rules that could redirect visitors to the wrong URL?

No, there is nothing in the htaccess and no redirections made. This is really strange to be. Never happend such thing.

The path is the same as per the old domain. All files are there just it redirects to the olddomain.com/path

Is the website using a PHP script that has a configuration option for a domain name? If so, you may need to update the script configuration so that it uses the new domain name.
