domain resolusion issue

    Hello,
    I have one account crearted in WHM (example.com), the domaine is not resolved from external ( no ping, no nslookup)
    when i ping example.com from the server where is hosted, i get :
    64 bytes from hit-nxdomain.opendns.com (67.215.65.132): icmp_seq=1 ttl=55 time=38.5 ms
    64 bytes from hit-nxdomain.opendns.com (67.215.65.132): icmp_seq=2 ttl=55 time=37.9 ms
    64 bytes from hit-nxdomain.opendns.com (67.215.65.132): icmp_seq=3 ttl=55 time=37.5 ms

    and from nslookup command from internal server:

    Server: xx.xx.xx.xx
    Address: xx.xx.xx.xx#53

    Non-authoritative answer:
    Name: example.com
    Address: 67.215.65.132

    Hello,


    Please confirm you have updated the correct name server at your domain registrar end and that name server DNS zone is present on your server. Also you can check your domain DNS report through intoDNS: checks DNS and mail servers health so please check your DNS report.

    Resolved, My registar have not pointed the domaine to our server. Thank you
