I'm transferring a domain from a Plesk server to a Cpanel server via WHM.
I made sure both servers are available to transfer via root and port 22.

In the process of trying to complete the transfer I receive this error:

Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home loaded sbph/cp/sbph)?

Suggestions?

Look something like this?
Verifying tarball checksum.....Checksum Matches (Actual username is migratedaccount)!
Archive Recombine in progress (part [/home/cpmove-migratedaccount.tar.gz] 1)..... Done
Tarball copy ok!
cpmove- prefix is missing, but non prefixed directory exists.. cpmove- prefix discarded Extracting Domain....Done
Sorry, the copy failed. Unable to find the cpanel user file. Is the archive missing (cwd: /home loaded migratedaccount/cp/migratedaccount)?
I have a ticket open with cPanel, but haven't heard anything in a few days... of course, email for my ISP has been messed up, so I should probably go check in and see if maybe I just never got notified.
Keep the thought in mind though, that I don't think they have coded in support for any newer Plesk builds than 6.x

Yes, that's exactly the error. And the Plesk server where those domains live is v7.5.4. Sounds like it'll have to be a manual move.

Thanks.

I've updated my ticket, and approved a request to use my Plesk server for development of a decent set of Plesk -> cPanel migration tools. Hopefully we'll see something good soon.
The sooner I can get off of the Plesk cra... erm, software, the happier I'll be.
Apparently their delay was the lack of access to a Plesk 8.x control panel to work with.
